| Sydney Harbour Islands

Take a picnic to one of the picturesque harbour islands, where
you are quite often right in the middle of a yacht race course. On
the main harbour you'll find Clarke island a small island just off
Double bay, great for smaller groups having daytime picnics.
Clarke island
Situated in the middle of Rose bay you'll find Shark island, with
views back to the bridge and north to the heads and Manly, a
wonderfull natural venue for larger groups, there are toilet
facilities and fresh water on all these islands (if you want to
barbeque food then you'll need to bring your own GAS BBQ with a drip
tray). Head west under the bridge and we cruise past Goat island
rich in history from earlier shipping times as we head up river past
Cockatoo, Spectacle and Schnapper islands to the calm waters
surrounding Rodd island a great venue for delightfully intimate
weddings with a large hall for hire and a couple of quaint old
rotunda's for other more casual events.
