Harbour Water Taxis Pty Ltd herein
referred to as AWT,will only confirm a water taxi transfer
when AWT has received a valid credit card number, expiry date
and name on the card from the authorised card holder. By
supplying credit card details the card holder accepts AWT's
Terms and Conditions.
Any bookings cancelled on the day of the transfer will
incur a 100% charge, Any bookings cancelled on the day prior
to the transfer may incur a 50% charge, all cancelations must
be aknowledged by AWT.
Payment must be made on board the Water taxi, you can pay with all major credit
cards, cabcharge vouchers or cash.
Payments made on board via credit card or Cabcharge vouchers attract a 10% merchant
fee.
AWT reserves the right to cancel or ammend any water taxi
transfer that may have been booked, on the basis of sea safety
or poor visibility conditions.
AWT reserves
the right to send another water taxi if the Harbour Water Taxi is unable to do the booked transfer for any
reason, should this be the case the back up taxi will land you
at the nearest safe point of disembarkation, such decisions
are solely the vessel's masters decision.
AWT reserves the right to refuse embarkation of any person
that may appear intoxicated or drug affected. AWT accepts no
liability for refusing carraige of any such person whether
they were indeed intoxicated or drug affected or not, such
determination is solely at the master's discretion.
AWT reserves the right to not embark or disembark
passengers at any wharf, pontoon or onto any vessel if
the master deems such landing or berthing to present any
danger to his vessel or the safety of his passengers such
decisions are solely at the master's discretion at the time,
if such a situation occurs AWT will convey those passengers
on board to the nearest possible safe point of disembarkation.
Please ensure that your group is ready to depart at the
booked time(s). AWT may apply a waiting charge, if the
taxi(s) are kept waiting more than 3 minutes from the booked
time. Waiting charges may be applied at the rate of up to
$3.00 per minute /per taxi from the booked time. Waiting
charges must be paid on board the Water taxi.
AWT reserves the right to change these terms and
conditions with out notice. Terms and Conditions are displayed
on board each vessel and on our website, copies are available
from our office. These terms and conditions are specific to
AWT and may not be copied for any reason without written
approval from AWT.
